| George Searcy, Worship Arts Director, is a native of Shreveport, LA. He received a Bachelor of Music degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. He has served churches in Tennessee and Louisiana as Worship Arts Director and church planter. George is also a songwriter with many songs published by Integrity Music of Mobile. George and his wife, Marjorie, have three children: Mallory, Jordy and Liam. Email George

| Tyler Pimental, Youth Director. Tyler joined the staff in September 2007. Prior to coming to ESPC Tyler was a student at the University of South Alabama and served as a student with the ministry of Campus Outreach. Email Tyler

| Mrs. Emily Chappell, Ministry Coordinator, is a native of Dothan, AL. She received her B.A. degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Auburn University. Before moving to Fairhope in November of 2005, Emily spent three years as the Marketing Coordinator for Southern Living magazine in Birmingham. She and her husband, Justin, have two precious Yorkshire Terriers, Oliver and Isabelle. Email Emily

| Mark Cox, Administrative Pastor and Headmaster of Bayshore Christian School, is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary and a PhD candidate (theology) at the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Mark and his wife Julianna have lived in the Atlanta area for 16 years prior to coming to Fairhope. Mark has over a decade of educational and administrative leadership experience at both the collegiate (Academic Dean, Atlantic Southern Bible College) and K-12 levels (Headmaster, Whitefish Christian Academy and Annapolis Christian Academy). Mark has also served for a number of years as an Operations Manager in the Christian retail industry. Mark and Julianna are dog lovers and they have a yellow labrador retriever named "Dakota".
